Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) is a compassionate, person-centered approach that helps people navigate the emotional aftermath of a traumatic or highly stressful event. Whether someone has just witnessed tragedy, responded to a disaster, or experienced personal loss, CISM offers a safe space to process what happened. Prophetic training teaches believers to hear God’s voice and become His voice.
1 Corinthians 14 verses 1 and 3 read:
“Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.
… [h]e who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.”
Hear God’s Voice explores how the spiritual gifts were once lost to the Church and how the revelation of God’s written Word has restored them. This course places strong emphasis on equipping leaders to activate and release believers in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, as outlined in 1 Corinthians 12 and 14. Special focus is given to the revelation gifts, helping students discern and operate in them with clarity and confidence. Through a blend of teaching and hands-on experience, participants are guided in how to recognize and respond to the voice of God. By the end of the course, students will understand both the biblical foundation and the practical ways God speaks today.
Students in this course are trained and activated to operate in the revelation gifts, with a primary focus on the gift of prophecy. The course offers in-depth teaching on prophetic principles, helping participants grow in confidence and clarity as they hear and communicate God’s voice. Special attention is given to overcoming fear—one of the greatest barriers to prophetic ministry—and to cultivating boldness in sharing words that edify the Body of Christ. Students will also gain practical tools for delivering prophetic words with accuracy, wisdom, and grace, including an understanding of prophetic protocols, personal integrity, and the identification of root issues that may hinder effective ministry. Both teaching and hands-on activations are integral to this course.
This course equips students to confidently operate in prophetic ministry by addressing key questions such as: Does God desire to speak to His people? Can prophecy be scheduled? What distinguishes accurate prophecy from error? How can we discern between true and false prophets? It explores the principles of stewarding spiritual gifts and teaches students how to stir up their faith to flow more freely in the gifts of the Spirit. Emphasis is placed on understanding the different levels of authority in prophetic ministry, along with practical training and activation in prophecy, words of knowledge, and words of wisdom. Through both instruction and hands-on experience, students are empowered to minister more effectively and maturely in the gifts God has entrusted to them.
This course takes students deeper into the practice and maturity of prophetic ministry. This course addresses how to navigate apparent contradictions in prophetic words and emphasizes the importance of ministering God’s heart while speaking to a person’s God-given potential. Students will also be equipped to recognize and avoid common pitfalls that can hinder prophetic accuracy and spiritual growth, such as family entanglements, self-centered ministry pursuits, performance-based mindsets, and immaturity driven by ambition. Through targeted teaching and hands-on activations, students will develop a more refined, mature, and Spirit-led prophetic flow that aligns with their calling and destiny.
