Dale and Sharon Morgan founded Disaster Response Communications in 2010. Both are licensed amateur radio operators and trained weather spotters who have served as AUXCOM volunteers with the City of Bloomington for several years.
They are committed to training and sponsored numerous Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) classes for first responder chaplains and believers who desired to deploy to disasters. Their deployment history includes tornadoes, flooding and an earthquake.
They are licensed for ministry through Christian International, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Sharon is an authorized trainer for Christian International’s Prophetic Training.
They have been married for over 50 years and currently reside in Bloomington, Minnesota with their Havanese dog, Judah David.
