DALE MORGAN – Co-Founder & Director of Radio and Technology

Dale's involvement in emergency communications began soon after becoming a licensed Amateur Radio operator in 2004. He joined the Bloomington Communications Group (BCG) whose volunteers provide auxiliary communications for the City of Bloomington; he is also a member of the Bloomington CERT team. Dale is DRC's representative to the Association of Emergency Organizations (AERO) where he is also an instructor for the AERO Emergency Communications courses. He has been a Metro SkyWarn weather spotter since 2005 and provides leadership for severe weather nets.

Dale regularly volunteers for the MN Iron Man Bike Ride and the MS Society's TC Ride and MS-150 events. He is a public safety officer at his church.

His deployment experience includes providing emergency communications after the 2010 EF-4 tornado in Wadena, MN. Dale deployed to Moose Lake, MN after the 2012 floods as a Billy Graham Association Rapid Response Chaplain. His most recent deployment was in May and June 2013 in Moore, OK where he co-led a team that provided emotional and spiritual care for individuals impacted by the May 20 and 31 tornadoes.

Dale has taken numerous ICISF Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) courses and is trained in First Aid and CPR/AED. He holds a General Class amateur radio license.

SHARON MORGAN – Co-Founder & Director of Chaplaincy Services

Sharon received her amateur radio technician license in 2004 and upgraded to an amateur extra license in 2007. She has served as a Metro Skywarn weather spotter since 2005. She is a member of the Bloomington Communications Group (BCG) whose volunteers provide auxiliary communications for the City of Bloomington. She is a member of the Bloomington CERT team and is a CERT Trainer. She is also trained in First Aid and CPR/AED.

Sharon took disaster response and advanced chaplaincy training from Crisis Response, International (CRI) in 2009. She has taken numerous Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) courses developed by the ICISF and the American Association of Christian Counselors. She also completed the Minnesota Emergency Services Chaplain Association (MESCA) basic training.

She deployed to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake and provided emergency communications after the EF-4 tornado struck Wadena, MN. She is a Billy Graham Association Rapid Response chaplain and deployed with them to Moose Lake, MN after the 2012 flooding. BOB LEONARD – Board Member

Bob was President and owner of Professional Assessment Services for 30 years and has served on several professional and faith-based boards. Now in Kansas City, he is a full time missionary with the International House of Prayer (IHOP-KC) where he serves as the Director of Transportation.

Bob also serves as the head of Logistics for Crisis Response International (CRI). He is a licensed Amateur Radio Operator, hosts a monthly breakfast meeting for local Amateur Radio Operators called Ham and Eggs, and organizes training and testing for newcomers to the wonderful world of Ham Radio. He is happily married with two grown children.

MARY LEONARD – Board Member
    Call Sign: KDØMAR

Mary is the Senior Chaplain of Crisis Response International (CRI), has been on the Leadership Team with CRI since its inception, and gives leadership to the Chaplaincy Department. She was on staff with the International House of Prayer in Kansas City (IHOP-KC) for six years and helped develop the pastoral care department. As she teaches on chaplaincy and inner healing, her passion for preparing the Church for coming crises helps many come into the realization of their destiny and purpose, that of reaching hurting and lost souls before the Lord's return.

Mary is a licensed Amateur Radio Operator, a licensed massage therapist, and is happily married with two grown children.

EVERETT MARSH – Board Member
    Call Sign: KDØISR

Everett is a certified Wilderness EMTB, a Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR trainer and a CERT trainer. He has worked with a local disaster response ministry for about a year serving in training and logistics. Everett has also supported his community as a volunteer firefighter and first responder.

With 30+ years in construction along with his EMS background, Everett has a broad range of skills to draw from. In addition to his community service, Everett responded to hurricane Katrina, the Siren, WI tornado, and most recently has taken three trips to Haiti since the January 12th earthquake.

JANET MARSH – Board Member

Janet is a Red Cross First Aid/CPR trainer and a CERT trainer. Janet worked with a local disaster response ministry for about a year as a trainer, training coordinator, and administrator.

She was the administrator for the family's construction business for 20+ years while home schooling her and her husband Everett's four children.

Janet has served on numerous church projects, groups, and boards as well as serving her community as a first responder. She deployed to Biloxi, MS after hurricane Katrina and most recently deployed to Haiti.
